Studio 8312 : Is located on the Third Floor of Building 8 in Urban Place Community off of New Holland Avenue across from Quips Restaurant in Lancaster just minutes from route 30. Parking: When you enter Urban Place Complex across from Quips Bar Building 8 will be on your left side. Continue driving to the back of the building and make two left hand turns so you are onthe other side of the building from where you entered the complex. Park anywhere in the center Lot. There is a call box located beside the door under the awning. Dial 8312 and you will be buzzed in.
